Short-Term Running Goals: Finish the Arizona section of the Run for the Fallen (543 miles) and win my agegroup in the Summer Aquathlon Series! Long-Term Running Goals: Organize the best running events in the area and make all my students fast, healthy and strong! My personal goal is to run a 2:37 marathon. 3 miles with BPR. 3 new people joined the group I hope they will stay. I felt okay and my goal is to be able to run 2-3 miles every day.
5 miles of walking around the Pima Air and Space Museum trying to find a route for our new 5K. They offered a golf-cart but I wanted to be modest and low key so I walked in my flip-flops-not a good idea:) But here is the course:

| Almost 6 miles with Prithi. This was the first time running with her and it was great. Nice not too easy pace and really good conversation. My legs were hurting the first mile but it went away and I was able to enjoy my run. |
