Short-Term Running Goals: Finish the Arizona section of the Run for the Fallen (543 miles) and win my agegroup in the Summer Aquathlon Series! Long-Term Running Goals: Organize the best running events in the area and make all my students fast, healthy and strong! My personal goal is to run a 2:37 marathon. 4.5 easy miles on the Dove Mountain Trail. What a pretty area! It's a new community on the West side, in the Totolina Mountains. Even Tiger Woods has a house there. The lowest cost lot sells for the upper 700s so it looks like we won't move in any time soon.
I have to spend some quality time with the dogs because they really miss Lauren. Chloe won't even play, she's been looking at the front door since Friday noon. Frank doesn't really care... |

7.5 miles this morning and I felt great. I had to bad days but I feel better now. Tonight is my first aquathlon, I hope I can still swim:)
2.5 miles from the bank to our house. Almost 100 degrees but I felt okay and strong. I've found a really cool trail right next to our home as well. |

| 10 miles on the Dove Mountain Trail. It was great and a ton of fun. 5 miles uphill and 5 miles downhill on a wide and well maintained dirt trail. It's really far from our house but it was a great morning. And I saw a javelina family crossing the trail. The pace was around 7 going out and 6:30 coming back. |
